The Ductor apologizes for no plays Sunday. The train was picking up some heafty miles on the rails and the Ductor was sucking his thumb in the cockpit. He’s still twitching after those back to back nose beats Saturday. Looks like no rain this week, knock on wood. Time to start strong, let’s Ride.
Race 4: 1 1/8 Mile. F.S.Alw 90000n1x
*Gullet Shot of the Day #1 Electric Youth (6/1) – She made an early move into a quick pace on turf last time and now will get a fast dirt track for the 1st time in her career. She’s shown ability on multiple surfaces/distances and is steadily progressing. This is a weak field and the Ductor thinks she has the most upside.
Race 9: 1 1/8 Mile. (Inner Turf) OC 100000n3x
#5 Burning Bright (6/1) – Other than a poor debut, this gelding has yet to run a bad race and gets better with each start. He’s won on dirt, synthetic, and slop and will now switch to turf. His lone turf effort was that poor debut which means nothing. He’s bred to run his best on the lawn and could surprise this bunch at a nice number.
