Its a muddy Wednesday in New York and the Conductor will pick his spots carefully. There is nothing more dangerous than the Ductor in the slop.
Belmont Park Race 2: 6½ Furlongs. MC 20000
*Gullet Shot of the Day #3 Brockthebank (8/1) – He’s been away for the races for a long time, but is in the hands of strong connections. He showed ability in his debut and has been heavily bet in each of his starts. At that price he offers value.
Belmont Park Race 5: 6 Furlongs. Mdn 75k
#2 Manolito (30/1) – The Conductor really likes this colts work pattern leading into today and trainer Alejandro Maymo is 2/7 with a +$6.49 ROI debuting runners at this level.
#10 Liam’s Fire (12/1) – This colt has a strong work tab as well and the Conductor is very intrigued that Johnny V takes the mount for Contessa instead of either of the Pletcher runners.
Belmont Park Race 6: 6 Furlongs. F.S.Alw 66000n1x
#6 Moon Heist (15/1) – This filly has an early pace edge over this group and may be able to steal this thing on the front end. She’ll be a big number.
