A positive day at Turf Paradise yesterday with a 3/1 lock winner, followed by a 7/1 winner in the next race. The Conductor may have to play their more often. The train heads back to California today where the rain has been relentless. We’ll have to make due, Let’s Ride.
Race 1: 6 ½ Furlongs. (OFF Turf) MC 50000
#5 Molaf (7/2) – This colt will get a good trip, on or up close to a slow pace and he’s bred to love the slop.
Race 2: 7 Furlongs. F.MC 25000
#5 Awsome Amanda (9/5) – She has to win this race on the class drop.
Race 3: 1 Mile. Clm 12500
*Gullet Shot of the Day #2 Twirling Tiger (6/1) – He’s run the highest figures at the mile distance in the field and has a win in the mud. 6/1 would be delectable.
Race 4: 1 Mile. F.Clm 8000
#5 Ciao Luna (6/1) – She’s stepping up in class but was game last start edging out a victory in her first try routing. The Conductor will bet this is the distance she wants.
Race 5: 7 Furlongs. F.S.MC 50000
#7 Boolicious (4/1) – She was a good 2nd at this level last start and is bred to like the off track.
Race 6: 5 ½ Furlongs. Clm 40000
#1 Allabout Action (4/1) – This gelding has enough early speed where the rail draw wont be a problem. He’s the real deal.
Race 7: 6 Furlongs. F. Oclm 50000
#7 Data Storm Kitty (3/1) – She gets back to dirt where she’s run her best and is exiting races with lightening paces.
Race 8: 5 ½ Furlongs. Mdn 55k
*Never a Doubt Valentine’s Day Kiss Lock #6 Stretgford End (8/5) – Three quality 2nds in his first three tries, today he takes the podium.
