Saratoga, Del Mar and the summer have come to an end. The Conductor couldn’t get up to Toga as much as he’d like this year and the betting success was not what the ductor ordered. He can’t remember being knocked out in the last leg of the horizontal wagers by head scratching winners or “they knew” horses winning at crazy underlays.
He’ll focus his attention on Belmont and Santa Anita leading up to Breeders’ Cup, as well as the Keeneland meet. Football is back, the weather is turning and the Conductor is going to be in the trenches for the foreseeable future. Absolutely no vitamin D for him. He’s also got a few more #content ideas up his sleeve, so be on the lookout for that moving forward.
Conductor life isn’t for the faint of heart, but he will never quit. The battle is what gets him up in the morning. This train is throttling it until it goes off the rails or eternal glory is reached.
