One short-priced winner and a few 2nds and 3rds.  Nothin like a nice punch in the mouth from Parx to start the week.  That’ll wake the Conductor up.  Well Parx, the Conductor didn’t here no bell and the trains staying in Philly for round 2.  You shouldn’t have let the Conductor back in the ring Parx, Let’s Ride.

#4 St Edmond’s Girl (8/5) – This girl took money at Saratoga this year and improved last start.  She should win for fun.

Race 2: 5 ½ Furlongs. Clm 20000

#3 Fix Me Sandwich (5/2) – He should get the early lead in this sprint and Toledo/Farrior jockey/trainer combo are hitting at a 27% clip.

Race 3: 6 ½ Furlongs. MC 20000

*Never a Doubt Round 2 Tuesday Lock of the Day #7 Equus Novus (2/1) – He looks like a standout to the Conductor

#7 Shackled Romance (6/1) – Drawn well to the outside for solid connections, this colt was $120k aat the Keeneland sale.  Parx doesn’t see many bred like him.

Race 5: 1m70yds. MC 40000

#3 Air Quality (12/1) – He ran a solid 3rd at this level in his debut and then ran against much tougher last start.  The Conductor will give him a shot with the drop back in class at a big price.

Race 6: 6 Furlongs. F.Clm 75000n3L

#8 Krissy’s Manicure (5/2) – Drawn well to the outside, this filly is taking a big drop in class and has consistently run competitive races against better competition.

*Gullet Shot of the Day #3 We B Jammin (6/1) – He’s got a pace advantage over this field and the Conductor will make the heavy favorite run him down.

#5 Dancing Bull (8/1) – 2nd off the layoff, he’s lightly raced and moving in the right direction.  He’s run some gaudy early pace figures.

#6 Super Owen (6/1) – He’s caught a sloppy track in his 1st two starts and is the only one in the group with upside.

#3 Glass Bridge (5/1) – He gets a rider switch to Gonzalez and has been running competitive figures for this level.

#3 Molly McGee (4/1) – She’s steadily progressing for top connections. Another small step forward today and she’ll be tough to beat.

Race 5: 6 Furlongs. S.Clm 30000

#2 Fara’s Kid (9/2) – This old man is a hard knocker and is in good form.  He’ll make the others earn it.

#7 Majestic Bloom (6/1) – Drawn well to the outside, she looks to sit a perfect trip for solid connections.

*Never a Doubt Week Starter Lock of the Day #1 Finishing School (7/2) – This filly ran a good 3rd vs similar last race, moving early into a hot pace.  Frankie takes the mount for Servis as well.

#1 Brother Chub (3/1) – He’s a winner and the Conductor loves him cutting back to a sprint after pressing a hot pace going a mile.

*Gullet Shot of the Day #6 Banana Anna (10/1) – Her speed figures fit at this level for high % connections.  She’s working well and loves the Parx surface.

#2 Denman’s Call (5/2) – He loves Santa Anita and ran a strong figure with his win off a layoff last start.  He’s working well and has back class.

Race 3: 5 ½ Furlongs. F.MC 50000

#6 Calm Down Lady (8/5) – Chalk.

Race 4: 6 Furlongs. F.Alw 57000n1x

#7 Tiz Toffee (3/1) – Drawn well to the outside, she ran a good 2nd last race and is working well. She also gets a weight break.

Race 5: 7 Furlongs. Mdn 55k

#1 Polar (4/1) – Tough to draw the rail in your debut, but the birdies are chirping that this boy is the goods.  His works make it look that way too.

Race 6: 1 1/16 Mile. Robert B. Lewis Stakes

*Never a Doubt Saturday Starter Lock #5 Mucho Gusto (8/5) – This Baffert runner has a pace advantage against this group and has steadily progressed.  The Conductor loves him.

#5 Toby Time (5/1) – Tough to like anyone in this field.  He adds blinkers, plunges in class and is working well.

Race 8: 6½ Furlongs. Mdn 55k

*Gullet Shot of the Day #7 C Falls (20/1) – Low volume trainer Shelbe Ruiz has surprised with some 1st starters recently.  His dam is 2/2 producing winners including a stakes winner and Desormeaux takes the mount.

Race 9: 1 1/8 Mile. G2 San Pasqual Stakes

#7 Mckinzie (4/5) – He put on a show in his comeback race in the Malibu.  He’s got loads of talent and the Conductor can’t see him losing.

Race 10: 5½ Furlongs. Clm 12500n2L

#4 Das Bear (8/1) – He ran a solid figure to break his maiden last start and is lightly raced.  He has potential and this race is wide open.

Rain ruined yesterdays card for the Conductor, so he had more stews than god could handle yesterday. Time to get the train humming into the weekend, Let’s Ride.

#7 Proud ‘n’ Ready (5/1) – She gets back to the turf today, where she does her best running. Prat hops in the irons and she should have a pace advantage up close in a race without much pace.

#7 Boy Howdy (2/1) – Drawn well to the outside, this boy looks like he’s going to sit a perfect trip.

#5 Harmony Victory (5/1) – She tried dirt for the first-time last start and blew away the competition. The Conductor will bet that’s what she’s wanted all along.

#5 True Validity (8/5) – This filly’s last race beats this field.

Race 7: 1 Mile. (Turf) F.OC 80000n1x

#1 Sold It (7/2) – She’s dropping out of graded stakes competition and gets back to the turf where she’s bred to be best.  She has talent and potential and those are good traits, not bad.

Race 8: 1 Mile. Alw 57000n1x

*Gullet Shot of the Day #6 Candy Cornell (5/1) – Stretching out for the first time, the Conductor thinks he’ll be better going longer and he’s already run solid speed figures sprinting. He has a shot to beat the heavy favorite #7 Solomini, and guarantees he’ll at least run 2nd.

#4 Buckys Pick (5/1) – He’s won twice down the hill vs much tougher and should be primed for a big one in his 2nd start off the layoff.
