They were bet down to short prices, but the Conductor’s lock and gullet shot of the day came thru at Parx yesterday along with another 3/1 winner.  A decent start to the week, but now it’s time to ramp things up.  The Conductor will get some sunlight to tan pasty body.  The train will be at Gulfstream thru Sunday, let’s hook some big fish. Let’s ride.

Gulfstream Park

Race 1: 1 1/16 Mile. (Turf) MC 50000

#2 False Info (3/1) – This Pletcher colt ran well against tougher in his debut all things considered.  He had to steady multiple times and was only beaten 3 ½ lengths in the end.  With some experience under his belt he’ll be tough to beat.

Race 2: 5 Furlongs. (Turf) Clm 16000

#6 Mr French (10/1) – Winner of two in a row, he’s jumping up in class today, but his recent figures are competitive against this group.  He was also running well for a low % trainer and the Conductor would salivate for anything over 5/1.

Race 3: 1 Mile. F.S.OC 12500n1x

#6 Galileo’s Affair (6/1) – She’s steadily progressing and will appreciate getting back to the mile distance where she’s 3 for 5 life-time.  She should get a decent pace to run at today and will be flying late.

Race 4: 1 Mile. Clm 6250n2L

#6 More Illusions (12/1) – This a decrepit field and he should get an easy lead.  The front end will be very dangerous, and he’s run figures that would beat this group early in his career.

Race 5: 1 Mile. (Turf) F.MC 20000

#1 Rubellite (6/1) – She showed ability in her debut at the Maiden Special Weight level and plunges in class today.  She has good early speed and should sit a nice trip.

Race 6: 6 Furlongs. F.Clm 6250

*Gullet Shot of the Day #10 Queen Roller (6/1) – She drops in class today and she’s run some blistering internal figures in her last few starts.  Last time she ran at this level she slaughtered the field.

Gulfstream Park

Race 7: 7½ Furlongs. (Turf) F.Clm 16000n2L

#3 Princess Zoe (15/1) – She’s stepping up in class, but this group is not very fast on paper.  She has strong late pace figures and the Conductor will key her underneath in the trifecta.  She has a shot at a monster price.

Race 8: 6 Furlongs. F.Alw 47000n1x

#5 Bodebabe (6/1) – She debuted at Gulfstream against the boys and was bet down to favoritism before losing all chance at the break.  She won her last start and the Conductor has that feeling in his right knee she’s going to run huge here.

Race 9: 6 Furlongs. F.Clm 16000

*Humpday House Call #3 Paso a La Reina (12/1) – It took her a while to break her maiden, but only three tries on dirt.  Her win last time was the fastest last race in this field on the Conductor’s numbers and her price should stay high.

Gulfstream Park

Race 10: 5 Furlongs. (Turf) F.MC 25000

#10 Rachel’s Smokin (4/1) – If she had more proven connections, the Conductor would make her a lock.  She’s run very fast internal figures and to say she’s dropping in class is an understatement.

#1 Assume Control (15/1) – Tough post draw, but her last start on dirt was the fastest last race in this field.  She has never faced this low of a level on turf.

Look at all those juicy prices. MMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm.  Gulfstream better be ready for a fight, because the Conductor is swinging on a Wednesday.  Choooo!!! Chooooooo!!!!!!!
